The questions I ask during the anamnesis are much more detailed.
I like to know the environment in which the child evolves, and thus understand the functioning of the family.
Sleep, food, screens, extra-curricular activities ... there is so much to take into account!
To help children live their emotions better, to have self-confidence or to overcome their fears, it is essential to act on several levels, and reduce possible screen over consumption, reframe bed times or even reduce soda consumption 😉
